Release date for the new album
Chrome Division's second album is set to be released July 18. 2008 in Europe,
and mid August 2008 in USA. Entitled "Booze, Broads and Beelzebub". It contains
11 new smokin' Chrome tracks and a dirty cover of ZZ Top's "Sharp Dressed Man".
The material is more varied than on the debut. Definitely stronger in both sound
and song writing, and the band has developed a more definite trademark sound.
With this album Chrome Division underlines the fact that they're not just a side
project, but a real and kicking band. Breathing on it's own.

Chrome have booked studio Fredman
Chrome Division have booked Studio Fredman, Sweden, in January '08. They will follow up the debut album released just over a year ago. In parallel to that the material's been knocked up a notch, the quality of the sound should'nt stand back. So Fredman was the ultimate choice, when wishing a powerful and crushing sound. This is the same studio as Dimmu Borgir have used for their last four recordings. When it comes to the preperations for the album, all is in order. The band have material for a whole album now, but due to heavy schedual in the Dimmu Borgir camp, the first opportunity for recording was January. The album-title will most certainly be "Booze, Broads and Beelzebub". It will contain 11 or 12 tracks, including a cover of a classic ZZ Top tune. The material will appear a bit more varied than on "Doomsday Rock 'n Roll". A bit more Metal, more fast stuff, but still the basics in filthy Rock 'n Roll.
